  Called and spoke with Rob who was incredibly kind and helpful.  He told me he would come out to work on my dryer two days after we spoke.  In the meantime he suggested that I try a couple of things to see if either would fix the problem.  One of his suggestions worked and I called him back to let him know.  This saved us a service call and he now has a loyal customer forever!!  What a rare and extremely positive experience this was!

  Five stars doesn’t even scratch the surface. Wolf appliance repair is just awesome. I just called the  (Rob) on a Friday and he completely troubleshot our cooktop over the phone! He answered on the first ring, took the time to hear the issue and offered solutions to try before opting for a service call. Just amazing. AND: He’s on vacation!! Amazing.
